______________________________________________________In the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and its patron, St. Vincent de Paul, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul leads women and men, as inspired by the Gospel, to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.
The Society’s purpose is to “Love thy neighbor,” which is at the heart of everything we do. Our volunteers personally assist those in need in Rockwall County by visiting them and providing them caring, compassion, and hope. Through the generous donations of our parishioners, we are able to provide emergency financial assistance to those in crisis.
We feed the hungry. We help keep the lights on. We help provide water and heat.WE HELP!The Society of St. Vincent de Paul needs YOU! Help us to help others, and serve God by
serving the poor in Rockwall County.
We invite you to join us at one of our meetings and discover more about how we help our neighbors.
We meet the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:00pm in Room 1 downstairs
(Please use the outside entrance).
If you are unable to join our organization but would like to contribute, please send your donation to Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 1305 Damascus Road, Rockwall, TX 75087. Ninety percent of all donations go directly to helping families right here in Rockwall County.
