WEDDING FEES
Most required fees are paid by check or cash and collected by the Director of Marriage Ministry at
Our Lady of the Lake. Music fees must be paid to the Director of Music and Liturgy. All fees should be paid ONE MONTH in advance of the Ceremony. Revised October 10, 2022
Parish Paperwork $85 Due at First Meeting Tribunal (Mix marriage, divorce) $50 Due at First Meeting Church $400 (Members)
$600 (Non-Members)Couples that are not already members of Our Lady of the Lake are welcome to have their Ceremony here, however at an additional cost due to the added moving parts. Standard Livestream $250 Includes private link creation, equipment setup, event live streaming, and saving recording on digital platform (family can download and save a copy from the private link provided for live stream). Priest Honorarium
(customarily $200+)It is appropriate to provide an individual honorarium for each Priest participating in a sacrament or event. Deacon Honorarium
(customarily $200+)It is appropriate to provide an individual honorarium for each Deacon participating in a sacrament or event. Wedding Coordinator $200 Coordination as applicable (liaison with families, vendors, clergy, etc.) Planning and scheduling of activities, readings, Together for Life form selections, Church logistics, conducting rehearsals, explanation of processes and selection materials, providing instructions, day-of wedding coordination activities, etc.
Payable directly to Wedding Coordinator, Emma Rodriguez at the Final Meeting.
MUSIC FEES
Musicians may ONLY be Our Lady of the Lake Music Staff or
hired by the Director of Music and Liturgy.
If you hire an outside musician prior to your meeting
you will be required to pay a bench fee of $250, regardless.Music (Standard) $500 Includes Organist and Vocalist. Standard music selections from the Music Form. Sung hymn at Preparation of the Gifts, Vocal Solo at Communion, and Flowers to Mary (if applicable).

Organist (alone) $375 Organist plays and chants the Psalm alone.
Payable directly to Chris Widomski ONE MONTH prior.
Organist (Complex) $400 Applies when there are non-standard music selections, rehearsal with guest vocalists or instrumentalists*, duets/trios/quartets or choirs are selected and requires additional rehearsal time.
Payable directly to Chris Widomski ONE MONTH prior.
*Adding a harpist alone will not require this higher fee.
Vocalist (Complex) $250
(in addition to Organist Complex fee)Applies when there are non-standard music selections, rehearsal with guest vocalists or instrumentalists, duets/trios/quartets or choirs are selected and requires additional rehearsal time.
Payable directly to soloist via Chris ONE MONTH prior.
Additional Musicians $250 and up Solo Instrument: $250
Harpist: $400
String Quartet: $800
Brass Quintet or Woodwind Quintet: $1000
Brass Quintet with Timpani: $1300
Choir: $200 per person (quartet minimum: $800 and up)Payable directly to Chris Widomski ONE MONTH prior.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Certain circumstances may require additional fees:- Weddings that deviate from the approved guidelines.
- Placement and removal of pew markers, rentals, debris or delivery boxes.
- Weddings with a very complicated agenda.
- Musicians in addition to the organist.
- Holiday Weddings
