EUCHARIST:
Come and celebrate with us weekdays as we hear the word and share in the Eucharist. The Blessed Sacrament is reserved in the tabernacle and is available for private prayer and reflection.
Eucharist to the Sick
Holy Eucharist is brought to parishioners unable to attend Mass. Trained ministers bring communion to persons in the hospitals, nursing homes, and to those who cannot leave their homes. Please call the Parish office to make this arrangement.
First Eucharist
Preparation for the sacrament of Eucharist begins with active participation in a formal religious education program. The child must be baptized and enrolled for the second year in our Faith Formation program. In addition, parents and children are prepared for these sacraments by attending four sacramental workshops, held throughout the year. At least one adult (parent, guardian, godparent, grandparent, etc) must attend these sessions with their child(ren) in order for the child(ren) to receive the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist. This program is a two year program. The sacrament of Eucharist is celebrated in groups at Mass during the season of Easter.
